Position Summary

Manage corporate marketing programs to include market analysis, market strategy, trade shows and sales meeting events.  Oversee literature and sample development, fulfillment and distribution. Manage product brand communication efforts. Provide media and vendor management and product promotion activities as required.


Brand Management


  • Lead  the development of Creative Briefs and strategic product communication initiatives
  • Comply with brand standards and trademark application across Firestone, GenFlex, and GenTite product families
  • Oversee consistent use of brand messaging throughout communication campaigns
  • Process leads from trade advertising and trade shows including database maintenance


Media Management


  • Manage literature and sample fulfillment program including inventory control
  • Manage process for literature reprint and revisions as required
  • Manage communications to internal and external audiences i.e. Contractors, Sales Representatives
  • Facilitate design, proofing and printing for existing and new collateral development
  • Maintain accuracy of FSBP website content
  • Act as Marketing liaison to PR firm relating to all aspects of Advertising and Public Relations


Market Analysis


  • Identify product strengths, weaknesses and limitations and recommend FSBP strategies to position competitively within the commercial construction industry
  • Design, develop and implement market research in conjunction with Marketing Analytics team
  • Recommend and implement corrective communication actions as required

Vendor Management

  • Participate in the selection and management of vendors to ensure delivery of high quality sales support materials, events, meetings and messages that add value to the brand(s)
  • Participate in the establishment of budgets, negotiating contracts, vendor management and event marketing plans
  • Responsible for P-card reconciliation, P.O. entry and processing of invoices for payment


  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • An in-depth understanding of advertising, public relations and promotional strategies using traditional and electronic media is required.
  • well-developed written and oral communication skills. 
  • Individual should be well organized and possess strong editing skills
  • Must be able able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Building materials and commercial construction experience within a business to business industry is desirable.
