The Treasury Analyst will prepare monthly and quarterly debt reporting, update Debt models for budget and capital planning, and produce quality analyses that help Treasury add value to the Global organization. This position will also support financing transactions, retirement plans investment analyses, and ad hoc projects across the broader treasury organization.
•Support all budget cycles to forecast debt requirements
•Run the Treasury Report Master, a macro based reporting tool used to provide variance analysis during budget cycles.
•Work with FP&A to maintain the Debt Model, an Excel file with links to Access that is used to generate incremental debt.
•Update principal, interest, accrued interest, and fee detail in Excel, for upload into Central record database.
•Obtain inputs from leading financial institutions and use them to model five year forecasts.
•Prepare reports of key financial metrics to be used for senior management and global banks
•Refresh Treasury dashboards, which are used to track debt by bank, fees by bank, cash balances by reporting unit, etc.
•Maintain financing instruments in Reval
•Gather securitization data from businesses monthly and consolidate in ABS report to issuing bank.
•Prepare quarterly debt reporting of loan, lease, and ABS detail for BSJ.
•Prepare PowerPoint pitches for senior leader and Board presentations
•Monitor debt covenants and run tests to ensure compliance.
•Maintain a Treasury calendar of upcoming debt maturities, lease buyout dates, etc.
•Review letter of credit invoices and ensure that they agree to internal letter of credit database.
•Ensure all documentation of loan and lease agreements is well organized within the Contract Management System.
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics.
•Minimum of two years experience in a Financial or Treasury Analyst role.
