Order Review Specialist will be located at our Bridgestone Operations Center in Antioch,TN. This customer facing role is responsible for performing standard store support activities and routine collections and credit hold reviews for GCR Tires and Service
•Review credit hold orders and determine action (release or hold for action) within established authority schedule
•Provide timely responses to stores on all orders presented, escalate as necessary
•Maintain appropriate documentation of collections activities in the ERP
•Monitor credit email for order review requests
