    Position Summary

     As part of the Commercial Analytics Team, the Senior Business Analyst Lead will support the Sales & Marketing Organization in making data-driven decisions to drive improved business results through generating business insights with data. They will be responsible for the cleaning, integration and presentation of data from a multitude of sources, systems and formats. In addition to the data processing, they will be responsible both for reporting – static and dynamic – and generating the analysis and recommendations that support the broader business strategy. This person will be able to act as a lead analyst for training and mentoring other analysts on best practices.  This person is expected to have a strong understanding of the business with the ability to interact directly with leadership.


    • Data Integration: Identify critical data sources and collaborate with others across the organization to integrate data into a consistent and usable format. Will require advanced data querying skills utilizing tools such as Alteryx, SQL or similar.
    • Analysis: Utilize analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and improve business performance and provide analytical expertise to the Business Planning Process. Could include evaluating key business metrics such as profitability, ROI and market share.
    • Reporting: Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor business performance. To do this, Tableau Desktop will be used to develop dashboards and dynamics reports, after gathering business requirements and end-user objectives.
    • Training/Mentoring: Provide training to others within the organization on dashboards that have been built as well as training to other analysts on best practices in the functional areas of Tableau, Alteryx, and/or other analytical tools
    • Complete special projects as needed across tire business units


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 4-5 years of related experienceExpert skills w/ MS Office, especially advanced analytical functions in Excel
    • Expert level Alteryx and/or SQL programming skills
    • Expert level Tableau Desktop skills
    • Must show discretion as teammate will handle confidential information.
    • Strong analytical skills and familiarity working with financial measures
    • Intellectual curiosity to learn and explore new possibilities through a business lens
    • Candidate must adapt to a fast paced environment, with a close attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, very organized, detail oriented, schedule minded with strong follow-up skills
    • Self-starter, team player who can independently manage time and projects wisely
