    Position Summary

    The Go-to-Market Leader will serve as subject matter expert on all key elements of developing a go to market plan for Non-pneumatic technology. Non-pneumatic technology (NPT) project is a key innovation project that is currently deep in technology incubation and value proposition phases.

    Responsibilities

    - Leverage the frameworks from existing initiatives (e.g. IntelliTire)
    - Confirm revenue model and create go-to market plan for NPT
    - Interact directly with customers
    - Coordinate cross-functionally with sales team, leveraging resources as needed
    - Work to determine and understand the needs of customers
    - Execute strategic vision of the Director of New mobility
    - Support the broader organization and executive team through progression of NPT project
    - Effectively present to audiences of all levels the vision, objectives, strategies and plans for NPT
    - Developing a broad business case and monetization model for NPT

    Qualifications

    • Ideal candidate will have +5 years’ experience in marketing roles of increasing responsibility
    • Candidate must have a quality undergraduate degree, with an MBA preferred
    • Candidate needs to have demonstrated ability to bring a product and / or service to market and an ability to build a business model from a “white sheet of paper” foundation
    • Candidate must have strong presentation skills and an ability to articulate in written form a project vision, objectives, strategies and plans
    • Candidate must have strong analytical skills and needs to be able to assess a significant amount of qualitative and quantitative data
    • Candidate must have a good understanding of brand development and management concepts and can apply these concepts to an innovation
    • Candidate needs to have the ability to work with a creative agency, who can help develop key elements of brand support
    • Candidate needs to be a hands-on, “load bearing” manager who is willing to work within a limited resource environment while developing a boarder business case and monetization model
    • Candidate needs to be comfortable working in a cross functional / matrix environment
