    Position Summary

    The Regional Account Manager is responsible for the direct sales process and achieving sales targets. This role works under limited supervision to maintain key accounts and support long-term customer relationships.

     This role requires collaboration with the Region Managers and Area Managers for BSRO.  Will be responsible for the training of BSRO employees on the National Account processes as well as the sales activation of new and existing National Accounts.  Must live within defined BSRO region.  Overnight travel may be required.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop profitable relationships with new and existing customers
    • Understand customer needs and recommend products and services to address them
    • Coordinate with sales representatives in order to address customer needs
    • Manage a portfolio of sales in order to achieve financial targets
    • Provide product and service information to customers
    • Organize visits to current and potential customers in order to capture business opportunities and address customer concerns
    • Drive achievement of sales targets using marketing programs
    • Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
    • Support customer service expectations and address concerns

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Three years of related experience

    OR

    • High school degree
    • Five years of related experience
