    Position Summary

    The Organizational Change Management Specialist reports to the Sr Manager – Organizational Change and helps determine readiness within the organization for the change that the ERP program implementation will necessitate.  This includes execution of new organization elements, where necessary, managing deliverables to timelines on the ERP program, and managing expectations with business stakeholders as well as providing solutions to change-related issues emerging through the Organizational Change Management Specialist works to ensure process and system changes are adopted and embraced.    


    • Manage Change Network effort
    • Lead Change Network development to foster ownership and involvement
    • Support Leadership Engagement efforts for senior leaders
    • Create and utilize tracking tools & templates
    • Manage change management deliverables with development and delivery teams
    • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, communication plans, coaching plans, training plans and resistance management plan
    • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
    • Facilitate impact assessments and develop action plans
    • Create and utilize tracking tools and templates
    • Define and Measure Adoption across project lifecycle
    • Facilitate and support change management activities and track and engagement with function and business, including training, communication, awareness and readiness assessments
    • Manage and track overall change journey and management
    • Work with each BU/Function to ensure readiness for cutover
    • Help define Adoption Measurement Criteria
    • Track adoption key performance indicators and help identify areas for improved adoption
    • Facilitate change impact assessment



    • Has experience with multiple ERP Implementations
    • Has experience coordinating/supporting go-lives
    • Experience defining change network strategy
    • Experience leading components of change management projects
    • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
    • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
    • Passionate about driving change in the organization
    • Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant change management experience




    • Change management certification preferred
    • Excellent active listening skills
    • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
    • Business process understanding and experience preferred
    • Prior experience in project management
