The Organizational Change Management Specialist reports to the Sr Manager – Organizational Change and helps determine readiness within the organization for the change that the ERP program implementation will necessitate. This includes execution of new organization elements, where necessary, managing deliverables to timelines on the ERP program, and managing expectations with business stakeholders as well as providing solutions to change-related issues emerging through the Organizational Change Management Specialist works to ensure process and system changes are adopted and embraced.
