    Position Summary

    Bridgestone Retail Operations has an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to deliver great results. The Field Marketing Consultant role serves to support and execute strategy for new store support for all retail brands, ensuring it ladders up to the overall business goals and drives sales conversions. The ideal candidate will be results driven, works well in a fast-paced culture, likes travel and is skilled at public speaking. This role will serve as the “face” of the brand when a new retail location opens.

     

    This individual has the ability to live and work remotely from the Nashville office, however, they will be expected to travel at least 50% of the time.

    Responsibilities

    • Required to attend, set-up and coordinate new store grand opening events
    • Assist with implementation of advertising strategy for new stores on Google and other ad platforms
    • Public speaking at grand opening ribbon cutting ceremonies required
    • Reporting on key performance indicators as it relates to new store performance
    • Works effectively cross-functionally in a fast-paced high performing culture
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task
    • Day-to-day marketing conduit for individual stores, areas and store regions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline OR equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing environment required.
    • Project management skills preferred
    • Independent mindset
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Light lifting required
    • Working knowledge of digital channels such as paid search, consumer review platforms and social media
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
    • Must be willing to travel up to 50%
