    Position Summary

    Manage sales and service site and to obtain budgeted sales and profit through management of personnel, inventory, accounts receivable, warehousing and customer relations.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage team to provide excellent service to existing accounts and development of new business.
    • Responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordinator and evaluation of the store.
    • Manage and improve store operating controls.
    • Complete customer opportunities and resolve any concerns.
    • Ensure proper selection, development and placement of employees to maximize employee performance.
    • Ensure employees participate in training, follows safety procedures, job duties and company policies.

    Qualifications

    • 3 years successful commercial tire experience and demonstrate high management skills
    • Strong communication, customer service attitude and selling skills
    • 4-year degree preferred
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
    • Pre-employment drug test/physical/ background check will help assure we build teams of people who can best work with others and serve customer needs
