    Position Summary

    Execute responsibilities for Tower and BOC mailroom and provide support in other areas as needed ​

    Responsibilities

    Mailroom and assist in other areas on-site as needed which include repairs, and room set-ups at either facility(Tower or BOC)

     

    • Assist/float to all areas of mailroom services, building repairs, and overall facilities.
    • Operating mailing, copy and scanning equipment
    • Knowledge of sorting mail which includes handling legal documents.
    • Providing high levels of customer care and a friendly, cooperative attitude
    • Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
    • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
    • Maintain copier equipment
    • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
    • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
    • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
    • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
    • Adhere to all safety procedures
    • Provide miscellaneous clerical assistance to various departments as needed
    • Administrative functions include but are not limited to security badges, work order coordination, and scheduling & setting up conference rooms
    • Assist with building repairs​

    Qualifications

    Qualifications Required

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
    • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds ​

    Qualifications Preferred

    • Customer service related experience preferred Hospitality/ Retail/ Restaurants
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
    • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
    • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
    • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
    • Abilities to manage your time efficiently
