    Position Summary

    Want to learn and work with the latest manufacturing systems?  You’ll be working within an established high functioning team at the corporate level on projects of substantial risk, business impact, and complex engineering challenges.  You’ll have the opportunity to be responsible for install, debug, and start-up of industrial machinery while securing customer expectations.  This role will have the opportunity to travel during installation at our locations in North America while being home most weekends.  In addition, this position will provide extensive training to further your engineering development.


    • Works on mechanical problems of moderate scope and assists with projects or processes while receiving general instructions from higher level professionals.
    • Applies research to the planning, design development and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.
    • Support continuous improvement/automation activities
    • Develops business plan for new projects

    • Encourages manufacturing innovation to create competitive advantage


    • Understands manufacturing machine capabilities


    • Keeps abreast of cutting edge manufacturing technology


    • Listens and provides solutions to the manufacturing plants


    • Manages scope, schedule, and budget of projects



    • Communicates effectively with all project stakeholders


    • Demonstrates continuous professional growth

    • Other duties as assigned


    • BS Mechanical Engineering degree required.
    • Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in manufacturing environment.
    • Prefer experience in project management, equipment setting, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, piping, conveyors, foundations, structural steel, leveling/alignment, welding, machine design, installation and startup; and a working knowledge of SAP, MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Office.
